I agree with catwoman.teaching in a real classroom instead of being based on theory and ideal conditions of teaching.the gap for example between making a lesson plan and putting it into practice is huge

You suggested that the prospective teachers should be assessed in real teaching conditions. That would be ideal but do you think it is also applicable? Taking into consideration the number of the candidates it would be extremely difficult and time-consuming. Some may also claim that the selection is not objective or free of bias. What could be done in order to avoid compromising the validity of the examination results?
