Μια ευτυχισμένη Κυριακή του '33
κάναμε το αίσθημα σεμνή φωτογραφία
κι ύστερα κάτσαμε να φάμε
στο τραπέζι μας ψητό
σαλάτα, φρούτα και βανίλια παγωτό.

Ο Νίκος είχε άδεια απ' τη μονάδα
υπηρετούσε κάπου στην Ορεστιάδα
κι ο φωτογράφος μας εφώναζε σε λίγο το πουλί
απ' το φακό μου θα σας στείλει ένα φιλί.

Κι ύστερα γίναμε ωραία φωτογραφία
και κρεμαστήκαμε μεσ' την τραπεζαρία
και παν πενήντα τόσα χρόνια
απ' αυτή τη Κυριακή
και τώρα όλοι είμαστε κάτω απ' τη γη
